- Rain / Wind Breaker (gortex shell)
- Thermal Capaline Long Sleeve Shirt (light weight)
- Thermal Capaline Long Underwear Pants (light weight in zip lock) (to be used in case of emergency overnight)
- Pants
- Hiking Socks (a two layer system of inner silks and outer layer)
- Extra Socks in Zip lock in case of emergency
- Boots
- Gaiters (will be important in sandy scree slopes to keep rocks and sand out of boots)
- Hat (Ideally will keep sun off of neck and back of ears too)
- Bandana for Sun protection (if hat does not cover neck)
- Sun (Glacier) Glasses
- Sunscreen
- Chap Stick (with sun protection)
- Emergency (space) Blanket (only used in case of emergency overnight)
- First Aid (mole skin)
- Walking Sticks (2)
- Goo
- Hip Belt pocket for access to goo, camera, compass, etc.
- Backpack
- Water Bottles
- Camel Back (larger size is better)
- Helmet
- Carabineers (locking)
- Harness or 22’ of webbing and 40′ hand line for back way
- Compass

- Headlamp (extra bulb and batteries)

- Trim toe nails prior to climb
- Vaseline or Lube for feet prior to climb
