Philosophy
My focus in life has always been a combination of Growth, Adventure, Service, and being in Joy.
Growth and Personal Evolution
Learning, teaching, challenging myself to be the best I can be, has been a way of life. This includes learning facts, experiential learning, emotional learning and exploration of people, places and events. I love new and different, and I relish the perfection of a repeated ceremony. Every day is like opening a new gift, one that I can own and at the same time share with whom ever will allow it. Being both a student and teacher is a blessing, like each day, the process of learning and teaching is a gift I am extremely grateful for.
Adventure and Exploration
Adventure is a way of life and I am in love with the adventure that is life. From a young age I have been an explorer. I have traveled most continents and have been in over 30 countries.
Being in Service
By being in service to people one lives a fuller life. And the fuller the life you live the greater teacher you become. The process of teaching is another way to be in service. Being in service is very rewarding and a key part of being human.
I wrote Personal Pillars as an outline to help with my growth. In it I attempt to standardize a balanced evolution towards total wellness. By practicing the Personal Pillars philosophy, I have been able to increase my vitality and personal evolution. It is in part my observations on how to reach your peak in vital physical health, consistent emotional balance, enhanced mental clarity and heightened spirituality.
I love the advantage of strengthened intuition and vision that is a by product of a better integrated self. I like the n order to better integrate yourself with the evironent and continue your improvement in your quality of life.
