I found several brief news clippings tucked into an old Northwestern High School yearbook. They refer to Edwin G. Pipp Jr when he was shot down and became a German POW. There are several references to letters he wrote home to his mother during that time. If you want them I will gladly scan them and email them to you. Send me an email with where to send them if interested.
